Minutes: 

January Minutes sent to the group

            Motion to approve Minutes as sent.

            Motion: BJ 2nd: Bill Approved by acclimation

 

Treasurers Report:

            Previous Balance:         $226.61

            Transactions:    out       $0

            Transactions:    in         $287.50

            Ending Balance:            $514.11

            Reminder that dues are due.

Starting Feb 19th they are doing “Angles In America PT1”

Bill is planning a group to go on Fri March 12th

Old Business:

By Laws Committee:

Established committee to review and create a new copy of by laws for the club.

            Ours have been missing and new ones are needed. Committee is Dean, Ken M, Jason and LB.

            No action taken on this item at time of this meeting.  Suggestion was made to commit to a time to get together.

            Decision was to meet for dinner @ Black Rock Pizza on Wed 1/27 @ 6:30. To start the process. 

            All members are welcomed to attend.

 

            On Wed 1/27/10 the committee met and discussed in detail the changes that were needed to the document we

used as a template.  The revisions are to be typed up and sent to the committee via email instead of the Yahoo

group.  The committee will then be able to review the final document before it is brought to the group for a vote.
